“Praise be to God, the conqueror of the tyrants, the humiliator of the arrogant, the supporter of the believers and the comforter of the mujahideen, and may blessings and peace be upon the leader of the glorious rebels and upon all his family and companions.

Peace be upon our great people who wrote this legendary epic of steadfastness, and on whose rock all malicious plans to bring about a new catastrophe were shattered.

Peace be upon our heroic mujahideen who deepened the enemy’s wounds and presented an unprecedented model of heroism and redemption, and peace be upon Gaza, the maker of glories and tremendous transformations through the flood of Al-Aqsa.

Our great Palestinian people, our heroic mujahideen, the sons of our Arab and Islamic nation, all the free people of the world.

With God’s help and assistance, then with the steadfastness of our people and the amazing performance of our resistance, starting from the seventh of glorious October until the confrontation on the land of Gaza from point zero with the criminal forces, and within the framework of integration between the field, political and military efforts of the movement, and with the support of the peoples of our nation and all the free people of the world.

We were able, with all pride and dignity, to confront this occupation, break its will, and thwart its plans, despite the great pain and the increasing numbers of martyrs, wounded, and people forcibly displaced from their homes, which pained us and took from all of us, from our families and families, the best of our sons and brothers as martyrs, and it is undoubtedly the tax of freedom, liberation, independence, and the restoration of rights and sanctities. .

Our proud people everywhere, our jihad invaded us..

From this position of steadfastness and strong will, this agreement was reached, thanks to God, on a truce and the exchange of prisoners, and I would like here to emphasize the following:

First: The enemy has bet on the recovery of detainees and prisoners held by Al-Qassam and the resistance in Gaza through the barrel of guns, murder, genocide, and all forms of terrorism that history has never known before. He declared that he would not accept a ceasefire, and in this context he refused to implement the recently issued Security Council resolution. Which stipulated humanitarian truces, but after nearly fifty days of its crimes and brutality, and in the face of the steadfastness and resistance of our people that faced it on all fronts of the fighting with all steadfastness and valor, the enemy came down to the conditions of resistance and the will of our proud people, which led to reaching a truce agreement and partial prisoner exchange that entered into force. At seven o’clock this morning, Friday 11/24/2023, and it will continue for four days.

Second: Under the auspices of our brothers in Qatar and Egypt, we have entered into difficult and arduous negotiations over the past weeks, and in consultation with the resistance factions, in an effort to protect our people and fulfill their needs in the face of the policy of starvation, siege, and suffocation. We conducted these negotiations with high responsibility, and with a delicate balance that combined the keenness to alleviate Our people and stop the machine of brutal killing and massacres, and not allow the enemy to impose its agenda or escape from the entitlements of this truce, but rather impose our vision and priorities.

Third: The movement affirms its commitment to implementing the agreement and making it successful, as long as the enemy is committed to implementing it. The movement also welcomes the continuation of good offices and continuing efforts to end the Zionist aggression against our people, coupled with a comprehensive lifting of the siege on Gaza, the exchange of prisoners, stopping the assault on Al-Aqsa Mosque, and enabling our people to exercise all their legitimate national rights to establish their state. An independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital and the right to self-determination.

Fourth: Throughout the previous period, the brothers in both Egypt and Qatar made tireless and active diplomatic efforts until this agreement was reached. We, in turn, express our sincere thanks to the two honorable countries, and affirm our readiness to continue working with them to achieve a comprehensive cessation of the aggression against Gaza and urgent relief. With all its living and medical needs, and to protect our people in Jerusalem and the West Bank, with the importance of continuing Arab and Islamic efforts and friendly countries, most notably Russia and China, to enable our people to achieve their aspirations for freedom, return, and independence, and to ensure that the occupation does not evade the dues of this battle, and the release under the armistice agreement of female prisoners and children is Enemy prisons are the first rain, and the first rain is a drop and then it pours down.

Fifth: The movement affirms that it will not leave its positions and will not abandon its responsibilities towards our people before the battle, during the battle, and after the battle. We affirm our adherence to the unity of the land, the people, and destiny.

We also praise the Arab and Islamic position regarding the rejection of any interference in the fate of the Gaza Strip after the end of the aggression, and the rejection of displacement, especially from the sisterly countries of Egypt and Jordan, which was clear and decisive in President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s speech yesterday at the massive Egyptian festival.

Sixth: Our people are fighting the battle of national liberation across a solid front in Gaza and Jerusalem and in all their locations, and we praise the heroism of our people and their valiant resistance in the West Bank in the face of the settler militias and the occupation army, which is carrying out organized terrorism against our people and prisoners in the West Bank and Jerusalem.

Finally, we salute our people in Gaza, who, with their steadfastness and resistance, formed the central and pivotal element in achieving this decline in the position of the enemy and its allies. We also salute our people at home and abroad, the masses of our Arab and Islamic nation, and the free people in all the capitals and cities of the world. We praise and highly appreciate the continuation of their movement, solidarity, and honorable public activities. Which wins Gaza and its resistance, and the Palestinian battle towards freedom and liberation, and we call for the continuation and escalation of this worthy effort by all means, in all arenas and fields.

We extend our salutes to the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, who are confronting the occupied Palestinian Galilee along the front lines and who sacrificed dozens of martyrs for this, in addition to the martyrs of our Palestinian people in Lebanon, the last of whom was the heroic Qassami martyr Khalil Hamid Al-Kharaz. We extend special salutes to the brothers in fraternal Yemen who expressed their strength and ability. About their anger towards the Zionist enemy and their solidarity with their brothers in Gaza and Palestine in their own way, and thanks to the Iraqi resistance that participates in this battle with manhood and chivalry.

At the beginning and at the end, we stand with all reverence and dignity before the families of the martyrs, the wounded, and the prisoners who wrote the most wonderful lessons of patience, sacrifice, and redemption, and together with all of our people, they formed the rock on which the enemy’s conspiracies were shattered and his plans were thwarted.

Greetings to the heroes of Al-Qassam and the resistance factions led by the Mujahid Brother Muhammad Al-Deif, Commander of Staff of the Resistance and the Gaza Command, led by the Mujahid Brother Yahya Al-Sinwar, who are, along with all their steadfast and steadfast people, the makers of ancient glory.”
