In newly released testimony, former President Bill Clinton has revealed that President Donald Trump personally told him about his relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Clinton testified under oath that Trump brought up Epstein at a golf tournament in 2002-2003, saying: « You know, we had some great times together over the years, but we fell out all because of a real estate deal. »
Trump has previously stated the relationship ended after Epstein hired young women from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club
Both men associated with Epstein before his 2008 guilty plea for soliciting a minor
Neither has been accused of criminal activity related to Epstein
Clinton testified he flew on Epstein’s jet for trips to Asia, Africa and Europe but ended their association after 2003
Clinton stated he never visited Epstein’s Caribbean island and didn’t know Epstein had visited the White House 17 times during his presidency
The videotaped deposition to the House Oversight Committee was released March 2.
