Jeffrey Epstein was denonced by his beautiful Slovak girlfriend and pilot of his jet

According to a 2022 letter from federal agents included in the newly disclosed records, Marcinko met repeatedly with investigators between 2018 and 2022, offering information about both Epstein and his longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

DOJ Files: Epstein’s Former Pilot-Girlfriend Cooperated With Feds in Visa Bid

Newly released Justice Department files reveal that Nadia Marcinko, the former girlfriend and pilot of disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, provided information to federal investigators for years while seeking help to remain in the United States after her visa expired.

Marcinko, now 40, has long been one of the most enigmatic figures connected to Epstein’s orbit. A Slovak model who later became a licensed pilot, she flew aboard Epstein’s private jet — often referred to as the “Lolita Express” — and was named as a co-conspirator in his controversial 2008 Florida non-prosecution agreement. That deal allowed Epstein to plead guilty to state prostitution charges rather than face federal sex trafficking counts involving minors.

Her attorneys have consistently maintained that Marcinko was herself a victim.

Cooperation Confirmed

According to a 2022 letter from federal agents included in the newly disclosed records, Marcinko met repeatedly with investigators between 2018 and 2022, offering information about both Epstein and his longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

Amanda Young, a special agent in the FBI’s child exploitation and human trafficking division, wrote that Marcinko “participated in several telephonic and in-person meetings” related to the criminal investigations into Epstein and Maxwell.

In return for her cooperation, Marcinko’s legal team sought assistance from the FBI when her visa expired in 2022. Emails show her attorney, Erica Dubno, describing Marcinko as having “cooperated extensively” and working toward healing and rebuilding her life.

“She is finally trying to have a somewhat normal life,” Dubno wrote to federal authorities, thanking them for their continued support.

Described as a Trafficking Victim

In correspondence to immigration officials, the FBI characterized Marcinko as a victim of human trafficking. In a declaration submitted to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Young stated that Marcinko “was recruited, harbored and obtained by Jeffrey Epstein and others for purposes of a coercive sexual relationship.”

Authorities indicated that returning to her native Slovakia could expose her to retaliation for assisting federal investigators.

Marcinko is believed to have arrived in the United States in the early 2000s, initially obtaining a visa through the modeling agency of Epstein associate Jean-Luc Brunel.

A Complex and Troubling Relationship

Emails reviewed by media outlets depict a complicated and at times manipulative dynamic between Marcinko and Epstein. In messages from the mid-2000s, Epstein appeared to pressure her over recruiting young women for him, criticizing what he viewed as her lack of effort.

In a 2006 email, Epstein berated her for returning from Europe “empty handed,” an apparent reference to his expectation that she help introduce him to young women. Other exchanges show him complaining about her reluctance to comply with his demands.

Marcinko, in later messages, expressed emotional turmoil over their relationship. Around 2010, she attempted to distance herself and sought to establish an independent life. In one email, she wrote that she had envisioned a future with Epstein but had come to see it as a fantasy that could not be sustained.

Despite this, she continued to have contact with him. Around that time, she earned her pilot’s license and began flying Epstein’s private jet. Prosecutors have alleged the aircraft was used to transport victims across state and international lines, including to Epstein’s private island in the Caribbean.

Business Ties and Immigration Status

In 2011, Marcinko launched an aviation company, Aviloop, reportedly with financial backing from Epstein. Emails show Epstein commenting on the company’s branding and marketing concepts in crude terms.

The venture enabled Marcinko to remain in the United States after Brunel’s agency declined to renew her modeling visa that same year. Years later, when her investor visa expired in 2021, her attorneys again sought federal assistance, citing her cooperation in ongoing investigations.

Marcinko and Epstein appear to have ceased communication in 2018 — the same year she began meeting with federal authorities.

Legal Status

Court documents filed in Florida previously accused Marcinko of participating in sexual activity with minors to “satisfy Epstein’s criminal sexual desires.” She has never been criminally charged.

Her attorneys declined to comment on the latest document disclosures.

The newly revealed files underscore the complicated legal and personal entanglements surrounding Epstein’s inner circle — and the blurred lines between alleged victimhood, complicity, and cooperation that continue to shape the aftermath of one of the most high-profile sex trafficking cases in recent history.
