-A blueprint for a secure health data infrastructure (access to personal health data via zero-knowledge proof, for verified access without revealing raw data);
-White papers on U.S. healthcare spending related to chronic/degenerative diseases;
-Research in neurotechnologies applied to these diseases;
-And explicitly a white paper on neurotechnologies as weapons in national intelligence and defense.
