Marco Rubio has never adequately explained his familial narco-trafficking links

Marco Rubio Univision

In an interview with Univision's Jorge Ramos, Rubio reacted angrily when asked about Cicilia, acknowledging that the Cocaine Cowboy had given him gifts while housing him.

Rubio’s brother-in-law, Orlando Cicilia, stored kilos of cocaine in the bedroom of a house where Marco Rubio lived.

Cicilia was one of the top drug traffickers in South Florida, and was sentenced to 35 years in prison for distributing $15 million worth of cocaine.

After Cicilia’s early release from prison in 2000, Marco Rubio used his influence as majority whip of Florida’s House of Representatives to help his brother-in-law obtain a real estate license.

In an interview with Univision’s Jorge Ramos, Rubio reacted angrily when asked about Cicilia, acknowledging that the Cocaine Cowboy had given him gifts while housing him.

Univision also reported that police have not been able to determine whether Marco Rubio was involved in Cicilia’s operation.

Today, Rubio assists Trump’s deportation of immigrants for petty drug infractions, while falsely labeling Venezuela’s government as « narco-terrorists » to justify a looming regime change war that could soon destabilize the region and trigger another major migrant wave.
