In addition to blackmail operations and acquiring real estate in joint ownership without paying a single dirham, an examination of Mohamed Raji's financial transactions reveals that he receives commissions on contracts for the purchase of espionage equipment from European countries such as Hungary, Cyprus, and Luxembourg — for example, the contract with the company U-TX — under the supervision of the directorate where he works and oversees projects.

Mohammed Raji, one of the most influential figures in the Moroccan intelligence services, has amassed an immense fortune estimated at several million dollars, purchasing numerous real estate properties both inside and outside Morocco, and building considerable wealth, the most recent acquisition being the purchase of an entire “industrial zone” in Béni Mellal for thirty million dirhams (around 3 million dollars).
This, despite the fact that he officially receives only a modest monthly allowance of 25,000 dirhams, deposited into his bank account no. 01981000025103011850586.
How did Raji build his fortune?
In addition to blackmail operations and acquiring real estate in joint ownership without paying a single dirham, an examination of his financial transactions reveals that he receives commissions on contracts for the purchase of espionage equipment from European countries such as Hungary, Cyprus, and Luxembourg — for example, the contract with the company U-TX — under the supervision of the directorate where he works and oversees projects.
These commissions are paid into accounts of shell companies set up by his partners in France, among them his associate Rachid Hassani.
Raji’s role, along with that of his collaborators, is to deliberately leave vulnerabilities (backdoors) in the systems and servers of these companies, allowing copies of the information gathered by his directorate to be obtained, or in many cases sold to foreign intelligence services — most of them from the Middle East and two European countries.
Amid this conflict and outright betrayal for money, it appears that a “third party” was monitoring these suspicious transactions and exploiting the intentionally left vulnerabilities to obtain free copies of the information.
The obtained copies show that this apparatus did not limit itself to spying abroad and attempting to destabilize neighboring countries: it also carried out internal espionage operations targeting high-ranking Moroccan army officers and members of the government, foremost among them their direct superior, Abdelouafi Laftit (L159265).
Even the King and his family were not spared from the espionage of their own intelligence services and the sale of their information.
Notably, Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch (B627612), his daughters, and his wife Salwa (BE529409) were also monitored, and “her excesses” were documented in order to exert pressure on him when needed.
What the “sleeping eyes” did not realize was that his back was exposed the entire time, and that his own officers were personally spying on him, as well as on his wife Hind and even their young children.
Even the encrypted phones “HC9100” contained malicious codes, with internal complicity.
It seems that these eyes, long asleep, were unable to look right or left to notice what their closest associates were doing — associates who are reportedly planning, in the near future, to remove him and monopolize decision-making power over the King’s succession.
The tattered apparatus meant to protect Morocco has become nothing more than an out-of-control tool dedicated to shielding the corrupt, silencing dissenting voices, and selling the kingdom’s secrets at a bargain price, thus jeopardizing the country’s future.
Corruption in Morocco no longer merely walks the streets — it now enjoys close protection from the security services themselves.
The King no longer has the power to dismiss any official, regardless of their stature.
This is why, in the days ahead, you will hear no announcements about investigations being opened, missions being terminated, or dismissals taking place.
In short: everyone is implicated… and Jabroute will eventually expose them all.
