The PAM is directly targeted by hacker Jabaroot DZ. He has published confidential documents on Telegram about property acquisitions by three of its members: Abdellatif Ouahbi, Leila Benali and Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri, ministers of Justice, Energy Transition and Development, and National Land Use Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and Urban Policy, respectively.

Abdellatif Ouahbi, minister of justice
According to the hacker, « Abdellatif Ouahbi, the actual minister of Justice took out a loan of 11 million dirhams (1.2 million dollars) in December, 2nd 2020 for the acquisition of a property named SAIDA located in one of the most luxurious neighborhoods in the capital Rabat. He completed the loan repayment in July, 15th 2024 (in only 4 years), which is paradoxical given a simple minister’s salary. That would normally require at least 18 years ». On August 12, 2024, he donated this property to his wife, KABBAB MAJDA, but he declared the property’s value at only 1 million dirhams in order to avoid taxes (tax evasion) ».
« This constitutes a very serious offense, especially for a Minister of Justice », he added.
Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri, Minister of National Land Use Planning, Urban Planning, Housing, and Urban Policy
« Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri is the current Minister of National Land Use Planning, Urban Planning, Housing, and Urban Policy. She has led the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) since 2024. She has also been Mayor of Marrakech since 2021. All those roles have allowed her to accumulate a fortune of over 46 million dollars (more than 400 Million Dirhams) between 2023 and 2024 in devious ways, by plundering vast lands in the city of Marrakesh for herself, her kids and relatives », indicated Jabaroot DZ.
« She uses her brother Zohir as a proxy for all her dirty work (the same methods used by The Australian pipeline Benali », he added.

As revealed by the hacker, « her brother Amine and their family used as proxies possess ATLANTIC DREDGING MAROC, a company specialized in Marine construction, Dredging, rock removal, hydraulic embankment, wreck removal. The company is reaping colossal projects in environment and energy related fields. This is a blatant conflict of interest ».
